Spring is here and this means lots of lovely engagement shoots before the wedding season kicks in. Last weekend I met up with Sophie & Charis, and their little dog daisy. We headed out to a mountain range in the Peaks called Park house hill. Ok its a hill not a mountain, but its a really big hill!

An intimate ceremony with around twenty guests, followed by a culinary feast and Rui's family flying over from Portugal, this was going to be special.

I was delighted when Emma and George asked me to shoot their Macdonald Portal Hotel wedding photography as this would be my second visit there. I arrived nice and early at the stunning Cheshire wedding venue to see Emma and her bridesmaids. The sun was bursting through giant white clouds and the hotel grounds were glorious!
When Becky and Alex asked me to shoot their Abbeywood Estate wedding photography I couldn't wait! Becky and her bridesmaids started the day getting ready at her parents house. When I arrived it was raining but that wasn't going to stop them! Hair, makeup, croissants, bubbly and a bit of "Say yes to the dress" made for some awesome bridal prep!
